CroxItOut 2026 High School Tour with MX24

Our story

Three years. One million women reached. Just getting started.

CroxItOut is MX24's flagship campaign during Breast Cancer Awareness month. What started as a call to action on air has grown into a year-round movement — taking education, free screenings and mentorship into the heart of Ghana's high schools.

Ghanaian high school students

If early detection saves lives, early sensitisation does twice as much.

In 2024 and 2025 we toured 21 high schools across the Ashanti, Western, Eastern, Central and Greater Accra regions. In 2026, we're expanding to the Volta, Northern and Brong Ahafo regions for a total of 20 schools.

And we're croxing out more than just breast cancer — our impact and mentorship sessions now cover mental health, period poverty and career guidance, plus a brand new CroxItOut TV show capturing the journey.
